Publicity is important to our group for two reasons:

  1. Education is important to assure that people who already have Great Danes or are thinking of adopting learn about the breed. Each breed of dog has it's own special requirements and the Dane is no exception. Being educated may prevent the placement of another Great Dane into the rescue system.

  2. Public awareness may encourage someone to share their home with one of our "gentle giants". We typically have between 70 to 90 dogs in the care of our organization at any given time. Public awareness will help us find homes for our dogs.

If you know of any event that may be of interest to our organization, please contact our Public Relations Coordinator.
